Hi [~leftnoteasy]/[~xgong], we discussed directly making REST calls to the
sched-conf endpoint from the CLI, but I am wondering if this is the best
approach? e.g. the node labels CLI in RMAdminCLI uses the protobuf approach (as
in the 001 patch attached here). Going with the CLI as a REST wrapper means we
have to manually construct the HTTP request body, which seems possible but not
clean.
