Overall looks good.
Some nits:
1. Could we move QueueConfigInfo.java and SchedConfUpdateInfo.java to package:
hadoop-yarn-project/hadoop-yarn/hadoop-yarn-common/src/main/java/org/apache/hadoop/yarn/webapp/dao
?
2. Also please fix the findBug issue.
