[~Naganarasimha] Thanks for your review.
Ran couple of tests in live setup and verified that below discussed metrics are
updated only for "default" partition.
Also made changes to kept these metrics under separate comment in
QueueMetrics.java just for ease of reading. Attached the patch for the same.
