As discussed offline with [~sunilg], What [~bibinchundatt] wanted to say is : 
In ResourceCalculator. multiplyAndNormalizeUp implementations, as we multiply 
with the resource.mem (long value & CPU usually will not have a problem ) first 
with 10^6 so the value of memory cannot exceed by  {{Long.MAX VALUE / 10^N}} as 
it would hit the limit and become negative value.
