Committed to trunk, thanks [[email protected]] and thanks reviews from
[~sunilg].
Trying to backport to branch-2, however branch-2 needs YARN-6804, Jian
confirmed he will backport YARN-6804, so let's wait YARN-6804 gets in before
commit this patch.
