Few additional feedback about the edited classes:
* Why do we need the changes in {hadoop-common-project/hadoop-common/pom.xml}?
* In {{Router}} we don't need to create {{getFederationFacade}} since we can
use directly the singleton instance everywhere.
* In {{RouterWebServiceUtil}} I have already created {{invokeRMWebService}} you
just need to adapt your calls to the new method.
