The code looks good to me. I had an offline meeting with [~elgoiri] in which he
showed the new UI from Router. It has 4 views:
* The current status of all the SubClusters. If Federation is not enabled, the
page is not enabled.
* The aggregations of all the Metrics.
* All the applications in the entire Federated cluster.
* All the nodes in the entire Federated cluster.
