nits trying this in a test cluster:
# The columns in "federation" tab for applications could be confusing because
their sum would double-count. Please add a * comment that warns the user that
the counts are "local" to each RM and should not be added.
# For the about page I would put a N/A (until we improve the REST endpoint to
support unique app counts)
# Links in Application is busted, "State" is busted
