[~wangda] the v9 patch runs cleanly from scripts to me, and the failed tests
{{TestRMAdminService, TestIncreaseAllocationExpirer,
TestCapacitySchedulerNodeLabelUpdate}} run cleanly locally.
The {{TestSLSRunner}} also run without a timeout.
I think the patch is likely ok to go (if you also agree), after fixing YETUS
warning (please remove hs_err_pid17386.log from patch and reupload). If you are
ok with the latest version feel free to
commit once YETUS is happy.
