[~tedyu], which maven repository has 2.0.0-alpha4-SNAPSHOT been published to?
Hadoop fetches from
https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/snapshots, but maven seems
unable to find hbase-common-2.0.0-alpha4-SNAPSHOT from there
