Thanks [~asuresh] for providing the doc.
Few comments:
- "The **DECREASE_RESOURCE** container updates are automatic" ... : How about
demote container?
- Please add a note to state this feature is in experimental phase (or whatever
quality in your mind), and APIs could be changed in the future.
