Yup, good catch.. we don't support resizing of Opp containers (although it is
pretty trivial to do so). Will add an addendum patch to doc that.
But, t really does not have anything to do with the enforceExecType flag (it is
not really used right now - and was put in there as a placeholder to facilitate
the overAllocation feature)
