Thank you [~templedf] for helping in this. Few quick comments.
# I think its better to clearly mention that {{`resource-types.xml`}}
{{`node-resources.xml`}} are new files introduced and one has to configure
these to get new resource types in to YARN.
# In {{YARN Resource Model}} sections, all properties are expanded further. Is
it a duplication to {{Configuration}} section. And also if we are planning to
indicate some config items for better clarity, its better to add that these
configs has to be in {{`resource-types.xml`}}.
# As a note, it may be better to mention that one can use resource types alone
with out enabling profiles config also.
