I see what you mean about the PBImpl tests.. I would suggest to add an
"exception" to the validation in the {{TestPBImplRecords}} rather than the
{{BasePBImplRecordsTest}}, as it is in the former that we are having class
specific tests.
So instead of calling the generic {{validatePBImplRecord}} method, we can have
a custom validation for the PlacementConstraint.
