Thanks for the rev [~leftnoteasy], I've Updated the patch with docs for the
method.
I have also addressed [~kkaranasos]'s issues. except the following:
bq. I would suggest to add an "exception" to the validation in the
TestPBImplRecords rather than the BasePBImplRecordsTest
On looking again, {{BaseOBImplRecords}} is actually the correct place to add a
cached value type to be used in the generation of other PBImpld - so I do not
think we should move it from there.
