Thanks [~sunilg] for reviewing the patch.
For 1. ResourceTypeInfo doesn't include value of each resource information.
What we need here is to have list of resource information for specific Resource
instance. I think getResourceTypeInfo may not enough here, please let me know
your thoughts.
For 2. Will address the comment in the next patch.
