Thanks [~GergelyNovak] for filing the JIRA. This will be important for resource
profile related tests.
In terms of CLI. I suggest using the same syntax as YARN-5881. Which is:

[memory=10240,vcores=12,yarn.io/gpu=xyz]
[memory=5 Gi,vcores=12]

[~sunilg] could you help with reviewing rest of the patch?
