[~jianhe] I think if you just add "state": "FLEX" to the JSON for "PUT URL - 
http://localhost:8088/app/v1/services/hello-world"; in 
YARN-Services-Examples.md, it will complete the patch. But, I have a suggestion 
here - to rename the state name from FLEX to FLEXING similar to what we have in 
ComponentState.java.
