Great. LGTM. +1 for the 007 patch, pending jenkins (although I don't expect
anything different from 006 patch since there has been a minor change) and
[~eyang] & [~billie.rinaldi]'s review. The 2 checkstyle warnings can be ignored
since that's the builder pattern all the records are adhering to.
