[~billie.rinaldi] I agree that ready state is a better measure of health. Also,
given that YARN-8060 allows you to disable default readiness check it is easy
to simulate running state as a health measure instead of ready.
I am uploading patch 006 with changes based on this feedback.
[~eyang], I think the problem you are facing with your service will also go
away if you use patch 006. Can you please try it and let me know?
