btw, [~templedf], I knew you found some troubles of support node partition
concept in FS (YARN-2497). The node attribute should be a much easier support
because there's no resource sharing required under node attribute, everything
comes with FCFS. Basically you should only add a if check before deciding
allocate container X on node Y.
