Thanks for looking into this, [~aklochkov]. My opinion is that we should leave
#1 out too. I don't think we're likely to accidentally send events of the wrong
type to the fair scheduler, and this is not something that other YARN
components typically test for.
As a meta-comment, there are plenty of other outstanding issues Fair Scheduler
that could use help. If anyone here is interested in contributing I'd be happy
to point you to them.
