Thanks [~yoelee], [~wilfreds], patch also looks good to me. The UT failure
seems not related, I fails even without the patch.
+1, I will commit this today.
BTW, we will need another patch for branch-2 in YARN-8833 later, it needs to
accommodate the fix in this patch as well.
