the branch3 001 patch is the same as the branch-3.1 patch of YARN-7033, with
the addition of a couple {{((NMContext) context).setContainerManager(cm);}}
calls in TestContainerManagerRecovery#testResourceMappingRecoveryForContainer
(which was originally handled in YARN-7275, but this was committed after
YARN-7033)
