Attached YARN-9180-YARN-8200.002 patch for fixing incompatibilities between
java7 and java8. When calling {{List<Serializable> x =
Arrays.asList("string")}}, the function call needs to be parameterized in
java7. (this is changed in
TestContainerManagerRecovery#testResourceMappingRecoveryForContainer and
TestNMLeveldbStateStoreService#testStateStoreForResourceMapping)
