If you are looking for a tactical solution to 1) keep relevant discussion with
this jira and 2) be able to close this jira to address [~ebadger]'s comment why
not create a new umbrella ticket and make all sub tasks and well as this jira a
subtask of the new umbrella. Perhaps re-summarizing this JIRA to reflect it
having core functionality.
