The port was updated from 45454 to 0 intentionally in MAPREDUCE-3070, after
taken a simple look, I think the problem discussed in that issue may no longer
exist. If you can make sure that, first solution is make sense to me. For the
second solution, it may have effects on registration and other internal logics,
I prefer not to do this.
