Let's clarify this issue again to help for the solution, in my opinion, most
scenarios may require fixed nodeId in that way NMs can recover after restart or
failover, defaults to use ephemeral port may lead to misunderstandings for
users who didn't know more about this configuration "yarn.nodemanager.address".
That's why I think it's necessary to make changes on both code and doc instead
of only improving the doc.
