Thanks for [~gandras] valid suggestions!
I have updated a new patch.
1. I agree that the test with running apps is very import, i add it to
TestCapacitySchedulerNewQueueAutoCreation.
2. I also add policy (two queue) related test in
TestAutoCreatedQueueDeletionPolicy.
3. I find the removeQueue unlock, i mistake to lock, i have fixed it.
If you any other suggestions?
