YARN-11154, YARN-11153 as an intermediate state, the value is limited, I am
looking forward to your design in YARN-11154.
As I understand it, once YARN-11154 is complete, YARN-11153 has no value, is
that what it means? Because YARN-11154 solves two problems a and b.
If the router or rm is offline, how can the proxyserver perceive it accurately?
