[~zhengchenyu] I have understood what you mean, it is a good design for me, but
I still hope to provide the design doc of YARN-11154 first, and describe how
the router uses proxyserver, because YARN-11153 and YARN-11154 are essentially
the same thing , it's better to complete it in the same pr, this split way
makes me have some misunderstandings.Thanks again!
