new patch has renamed verifyAndSetRMHAIds to verifyAndSetRMHAIdsList and
verifyAndSetRMHAId to verifyAndSetCurrentRMHAId
verifyAndSetAllRpcAddresses -> verifyAndSetAllServiceAddresses and
YarnConfiguration.RM_RPC_ADDRESS_CONF_KEYS -> RM_SERVICES_ADDRESS_CONF_KEYS
have already been done in YARN-1325
