Just barely went over the patch. Can we add documentation on the advantages of
SMAPBasedProcessTree over ProcfsBasedProcessTree.
Also, orthogonally, would we want to limit the number of
ResourceCalculatorProcessTree implementations for any reason? I was looking
into a cgroups-based version and was wondering what the implications of this
patch would be.
