Attached first version patch, implemented all requirements in my first comment.
And attach two screenshots correspond to queue page and application page.
Please note that,
* This patch included YARN-2144 because YARN-2181 depends on it, I will
refactor this patch after YARN-2144 committed.
* This patch only included changes for CapacityScheduler
* Preemption information will not be persisted across RM restart.
