Attachment: YARN-2571-002.patch
patch atop the (now applied) YARN-2562 changes.
Most of this patch is simply extending the {{RMContextImpl}} constructors in
tests; {{RMRegistryService}} and {{RMRegistryOperationsService}} the new
classes.
The tests for this code are in the Distributed Shell patch: if we want an
integrated code+test patch, YARN-2646 should be included here
