- getUsedResources-> getUsedResourcesByLabel
- RMNodeLabelsManager constructor can pass rmContext, instead of a separate
setRMDispatcher method
- AM container is killed as well, should we not kill the am container until the
max-am-percentage is met, similar to preemption?
