[~sjlee0] and [~zjshen] for webapp, need to add a .keep file under a new
directory name {{timeline}} in path
{{hadoop-yarn-project/hadoop-yarn/hadoop-yarn-common/src/main/resources/webapps}}.
Unable to include a directory with empty file in patch. Can you commit this
file in the branch ?
