+1 provided there is a config to disable either. I still think we need to make
a call which one we're going with in the version we merge, or things will be
made complicated...
bq. all configs will not be set as part of this so was there more planned for
this from the framework side or each application needs to take care of this on
their own to populate configuration information ?
That's a good point. I don't know the environment from the RM perspective is
the same thing as the configuration being discussed here. I think MRJobConfig
for example for MR apps as configuration. In that sense, how about letting
frameworks (namely AMs) write the configuration instead of RM?
