Hi [~Wangda],
Please find the attached patch for the labels (tested with 2 nodes cluster),
and some pending work (may be can raise seperate jira to handle them as you
suggested earlier)
# I feel along with the labels we can specify how much resources are available,
as now we need to go node labels page and come back to get to know it
# Support showing show app-by-queue-by-label (Filter apps in a queue by label
needs add additional CS interface,)
# active-user-info by queue by label (active apps, pending apps & USER AM
resource limit)
