On exception {{logAndWrapException}} has been called which log in error for
failures cases.
bq. Could you please add rm.stop() at the end of
testAdminRefreshClusterMaxPriority
Since *rm* instance is at class object, during tearDown {{rm.stop}} has been
called. So need not explicitely call this.
