Hi Xuan, Thanks for point it out. I don't aware YARN-445 before, but just take
a quick look and have a feeling the scope of YARN-445 and YARN-4131 is not
overlap actually: YARN-445 is more focus on signal containers from AM via AM-RM
protocol. Here we focus on YarnClient and ApplicationClientProtocol. The
requirement is bring out by Steve in YARN-3337 for Slider requirement.
