bq. /flows endpoint is for querying active flows with default cluster id. And
/clusters/{clusterid}/flows/ endpoint is for querying flows for specific
cluster id.
OK, once such endpoints are intact I'm fine. BTW, is it a good idea to rename
/flows to something like /activeFlows to avoid clash (and distinguish with
other endpoints end with flow)?
