Tried {{mvn dependency:list}} locally for
{{hadoop-yarn-server-timeline-pluginstorage}} and {{hadoop-yarn-server}}, both
get passed successfully. Agree that test failures are also unrelated. Looks
like all my major comments has been addressed.
[~jlowe] and [~xgong], do you have further comments here?
