Thanks, [~kshukla]! Looks pretty good. Last thing I have to pick at is the
dummy classes. Can you add some javadocs for {{DummyNode}}? I also think that
{{DummyId}} and {{DummyNode}} are not great names. What about something more
descriptive like {{UnknownId}} and {{UnknownHost}}?
