As [~eepayne] mentioned, we might need below tickets also to get YARN-3362 in.
YARN-3463 and YARN-4082.
Along with few UI changes, it may look clean if we use this. But if those UI
changes are not needed, new patch as updated here is fine (after fixing
Wangda's comment).
