I looked at YARN-3362 and dependencies, it seems to me that we only need minor
rebases to make YARN-3362 works:
- Additional CS parameter isn't required by YARN-3362.
- {{accessibleToPartition}} could be added to rebased patch, it only has
several lines.
I agree that we should avoid pulling feature patches like YARN-3361, but it
seems to me that rebasing YARN-3362 is a better and also possibly easier fix to
2.7.
Thoughts?
