[~Naganarasimha],
I would prefer the previous one: reopen this ticket, kick Jenkins and change
status of this JIRA. YARN-4751 can be committed separately. Typically we should
backport JIRA to older version with same ID, changing ID sometimes causes
trouble when doing back port.
Thoughts?
