[~vinodkv], [~gtCarrera9], Given than YARN-4412 was checked in more than a
couple of weeks ago and there are number of patches dependent on it..
Does it make sense to leave YARN-4412 as closed and attach the
findbugs-exclude.xml and checkstyle fixes to this patch ?
