Thanks [~cnauroth] for your prompt response. I should have given more context.
The reason I am wondering if it's an external impact is because I see an
exclusion for yarn protos in the _root pom_ as shown below. Moreover we should
see the warnings for all prior API patches if the exclusion did not exist, this
is the first time I am seeing it.
