[~cnauroth], turns out that inheritance on Javadoc exclusion is turned off
intentionally in the root pom as it is primarily for aggregate build. So I
created YARN-5132 (as didn't want to mix two things in this JIRA) and uploaded
a patch that excludes generated protobuf sources from YARN Javadoc build as you
suggested. Thanks!
